Mr. Pekka Olsbo is the director of the Open Science Centre in the University of Jyväskylä, Finland. He´s been an active member of Finnish open science coordination and open access development since late 1990s. He is the chairman of the Finnish open access monographs working group, a member of the board of the Finnish National Library and the vice chairman of FUN Finnish University Libraries’ Network.
